How does the process work?
Drop-off: Leave your vehicle at our workshop on Smiðjuvegur 14 between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the day of your appointment.
Pickup: In most cases, your car will be ready with a new windshield by the afternoon.
Insurance Claims: If the repair is covered by insurance, you must register the claim yourself through your insurance provider’s website (“Mínar síður”). While we provide guidance on the process and required information, insurance companies require the vehicle owner to file the claim personally.
Deductibles: Insurance deductibles are typically 20–25% of the total cost. We will explain the full process and costs before we begin work.
